This subject offers a lot of different opportunities for physical unfolding.

 

These different subjects are offered, on different times a year, you will be able to see them under the subject tabs.

HEAT

This subject addresses everybody who wants to get in better shape.

 

You will be able, to see and feel the difference, your cardio will improve. You'll sleep better at night, stress level will go down and your food tastes better. 

 

Short and precise it's more fun to live your life, when your cardio system works well. A high pulse will give you a better wellbeing, also in your future life.

 

On a high pulse, we will run short and long distances. Various interval running and other cardio training. We will go to the Fitness center and try the spinning bikes or body pump.

 

Our goal is to get in good shape, injury prevention and maybe a half marathon.

 

As a super grand finale, we will do a IHS 1/10 Ironman

 

HEAT is available in the Spring 2.term and in the Fall 2. Term
