“Yoga is mastering your mind” – the definition of yoga in yoga Sutras
In yoga we work with 3 main areas:

In Yoga we try to unite and shape harmony between body and mind.
Through the different body postures (asanas) we will stretch and sooth the short muscle groups and strengthen the fatigue muscle groups. We will try to reach out to natural limitations of your body. Supported by the correct in- and exhaling technics (uiiayi breathing).
We will try to find peace in the moment and become “Masters of our minds”
At the end of the class, we stretch, to create peace in body and mind.
