Fitness performance

Fitness performance is:

 

  • Functional training of the entire body

  • Preview how to build up the training in different environments.

  • Technical insight and practice different exercises.

  • The mental and cultural aspects of the training.

  • 100% MAX TONS

 

Program:

 

  • Cross training

  • Circle training

  • Fast Twich/speed training

  • Obstacle courses and challenges

  • Running with alternate training

  • Core and stability training

 

Fitness performance is available in the Spring 3rd term and in the Fall 1st term.
