Fitness instructor
Our Fitness instructor classes, will qualify you for community fitness (DIF/DGI).
Instructor education containing, weightlifting both freehand and working in machines will give you access to work as a Fitness instructor in community or commercially based fitness centers.
The education will qualify you to structure fitness programs, consulting and correct various training exercises.
The education also has focus on functional movements and the primary training exercises and easily used in the daily training and of course in specific sports. The classes will give you an understanding of Cross training, Circle training, core and stability training.
